The dishes are freshly prepared on board, of course the schnitzel is knocked, breaded and baked out by yourself. The Viennese coffee house culture is celebrated on the ship with premium coffee from Julius Meinl in classic Viennese tradition and typical Austrian pastries such as apple strudel, curd strudel or Sachertorte from a Viennese confectioner.
