The Vienna Shipping Centre is situated on privately owned property and is not owned by DDSG Blue Danube. Just a short walk away, approximately 150 metres from the Shipping Centre, you will find the APCOA Reichsbrücke car park.

Discounted Parking Ticket (Advance Purchase)

A discounted 24-hour parking ticket for €7.00 is available from our ticket office during opening hours. This special rate is exclusively available to guests with a booked DDSG Blue Danube cruise.

Please note:

• Available only in advance from the DDSG Blue Danube ticket office
• Can only be purchased in combination with a cruise booking
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled

Alternatively, parking tickets can be purchased directly from the ticket machine at the APCOA Reichsbrücke car park. Payment can be made via the APCOA App, by credit card, debit card, or cash (coins only).

Car Parking Rates (as of August 2026):

• Per hour: €2.50
• Daily maximum (24 hours): €12.50
• Weekly maximum (7 days): €25.00
• Night rate (5:00 PM to 6:00 AM): €5.00
• Park & Ride rate (available between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, valid for 10 hours): €7.00

Short-Term Parking for Ticket Collection

For ticket collection, three designated short-term parking spaces are available directly in front of the Vienna Shipping Centre for up to 10 minutes.

The Vienna / Marina landing stage is located in close proximity to the Donaumarina underground station (U2). DDSG Blue Danube uses this landing stage for cruises aboard the MS Kaiserin Elisabeth, including excursions to Bratislava and Dürnstein.

Our pier is conveniently accessible by underground:

The APCOA Marina Wien car park is located in close proximity to the Marina Wien landing stage and is open 24 hours a day.

Important Information About Exiting via the Hilton Vienna Danube Parking Area

The parking system of the Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront is not operated or managed by Marina Wien. It is marked by an entrance barrier approximately 10 metres before the covered parking spaces and an exit barrier located around 20 metres after the 180-degree left-hand bend.

Please follow these steps when leaving the car park:

• At the first barrier, press the confirmation button to receive an exit card without leaving your vehicle.
• After passing the barrier, continue driving to the exit barrier located after the 180-degree left-hand bend.
• Present the exit card at the card reader to leave the premises.
• The exit card is valid for 20 minutes from the time of issue.
• Please follow the on-site signage and the instructions provided by the parking operator.

New Digital Parking System with Number Plate Recognition

The car park uses a digital parking system with automatic number plate recognition.

Information on Number Plate Recognition

• Your vehicle registration number is automatically recorded upon entry.
• Park your vehicle in any available parking space.
• Before leaving, enter your registration number at the payment machine and pay the parking fee.
• Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or coins.
• The machine does not accept banknotes and does not provide change.

Please note: Failure to pay the parking fee will result in an increased parking charge of €95.00.

Car Parking Rates (daily from 08:00 to 18:00):

• First 2 hours free of charge
• From the 3rd hour onwards: €2.00 per commenced hour

Accessible Parking

Two accessible parking spaces are available for holders of a disabled parking permit in accordance with §29b Austrian Road Traffic Regulations (StVO).

For free parking:

• Scan the QR code on site
• Open the website and register
• Upload proof of eligibility in accordance with §29b StVO

Coach Parking

Dedicated parking spaces are available for coaches bringing passengers to or collecting passengers from the ship.

Coach Parking Rates (daily from 00:00 to 24:00):

• Up to 20 minutes free of charge for passenger drop-off and pick-up
• Up to 2 hours: €35.00
• Up to 24 hours: €70.00

Information for Coach Drivers:

• Vehicle registration numbers are automatically recorded upon entry.
• Coaches may leave the car park free of charge within 20 minutes.
• After 20 minutes, a parking ticket must be purchased from the payment machine before exiting.

Please note: Failure to pay the parking fee will result in an increased parking charge of €95.00.

Additional Parking Options

Private Car Park Next to the Shell Petrol Station:

A further 26 parking spaces are available on the former ÖAMTC site.

Parking charges apply daily from 08:00 to 18:00

• First 30 minutes: €0.50
• Second and third 30 minutes: free of charge
• Each additional 30 minutes: €0.50

This car park also uses a digital parking system with automatic number plate recognition.

Green Zone:

Car Park P1 (East of Dürnstein)

Distance to Landing Stage No. 20: approx. 700 m
Directly next to Landing Stage No. 21

The largest car park is located near the Kuenringerbad and close to Landing Stage No. 21. It offers parking spaces for cars as well as 13 coach parking spaces.

Car Parking Rates:

• Up to 2 hours: €4.00
• From the 3rd hour until the end of the day: €6.00

Coach Parking Rates:

• 2-hour ticket: €35.00
• Day ticket: €70.00

Car Park P2 (East of the Road Tunnel)

Distance to Landing Stage No. 20: approx. 500 m

This car park is located east of the road tunnel and is available exclusively for cars.

Car Parking Rates:

• Up to 2 hours: €4.00
• From the 3rd hour until the end of the day: €6.00

Car Park P3 (West of the Road Tunnel)

Distance to Landing Stage No. 20: approx. 50 m

Coming from Krems, this car park is located west of the road tunnel and offers approximately 20 parking spaces for cars. Turning directly into the car park is not permitted when approaching from Krems. Please continue to the next intersection and turn around there.

Car Parking Rates:

• Up to 2 hours: €4.00
• From the 3rd hour until the end of the day: €6.00

Information for Coaches:
Coaches that are only picking up passengers from the ships and do not remain parked are exempt from parking fees. Access is not through the barrier system but straight ahead, parallel to Landing Stage No. 22. A turning lane is available.

Car Park P4 (West of Dürnstein)

Located west of Dürnstein, this car park offers 10 parking spaces exclusively for cars.

• Up to 2 hours: €4.00
• From the 3rd hour until the end of the day: €6.00

Car Park P6 (Railway Station)

Capacity: 90 parking spaces for cars

Parking facilities for cars and coaches are available near the landing stage in Spitz.

Car Parking

Since the construction of the flood protection embankment, the number of parking spaces in Spitz has been reduced. Cars may use the free car park near the ferry as well as the parking spaces on the opposite side of the road.

Capacity: approximately 20 parking spaces

Coach Parking

Parking for coaches is not permitted in the town centre. Stopping for passenger boarding and disembarking at the ticket office is also not permitted.

Approximately 30 coach parking spaces are available near the flood protection depot close to the public outdoor pool (Gärtnerweg 6, 3620 Spitz an der Donau – Please follow the signs for “Freibad”).

• First 15 minutes free of charge
• Up to 2 hours: €35.00
• Day ticket: €70.00

• Before exiting, enter your registration number at the payment machine, select “Apply Discount” and scan the QR code on the voucher.
• The first 20 minutes of parking are free of charge.
